Incident Protocol Development Services entail assisting the client with the development of logistical plans for incidents, disruptions and emergencies. This includes best practice guidance, facilitation, development, documentation and review of new and existing protocols and plans.

Risk Mitigation Systems also assists the client with implementing the new or existing Incident Protocols / Plans into FIRSTResponder or VirtualGuardian™.

Implementation Services

Implementation Services, which are standard for every Risk Mitigation Systems customer, includes the setup of all users, subscribers, and system participants. This also includes the Implementation of up to two Incident Protocols into the system.

Integration and Testing Services

Integration Services entail developing the technical interlinks between the Risk Mitigation Systems solutions and clients’ systems such as ERP, monitoring, manufacturing, etc., for the purposes of automating incident triggers from these systems into FIRSTResponder or VirtualGuardian™. We then execute complete and comprehensive tests of the system against specific emergency scenarios and plans.
