protocols, via its fault tolerant, Web-based platform, for any type of incident
or event.
A command and control product, FIRSTResponder’s pre-defined support plan is immediately
and automatically triggered when an incident occurs, directing the communications
and actions of all parties - persons, departments and agencies - responsible for
resolving the incident.
One of the most valuable capabilities of the system is its workflow-enabled communications
and recording capabilities. Not only do the right people get involved at the right
time with the right information, but the system creates an auditable record of the
actions taken by all parties.

VirtualGuardian Escort is a response and voice recording system that monitors the whereabouts and safety of employees. Individuals simply leave a message regarding their current location and intended destination, then the system automates call-backs within a designated timeframe. If individuals do not respond, VirtualGuardian Escort™ immediately triggers a personalized incident response to assist in finding that individual and ensure their safety. |

Designed specifically for events, conferences, military deployment recalls, and evacuations, VirtualGuardian Roll Call™ offers the ability to quickly and effectively track and account for organizations and their people, utilizing voice response and recording technology within a designated expiration period. Employees, for example, simply contact the Roll Call system and hang up, or they may leave a message from any phone, or via the Web to "check in"; and they are automatically accounted for. Then when the VirtualGuardian Roll Call™ expires, the system outbound calls to individuals who have not "checked in" with the system, in an attempt to account for them; those who answer the call are marked accounted for. Finally, the VirtualGuardian Roll Call™ system will generate a report of all personnel who are accounted for in real time, and for those are yet still to be accounted for; there by making accountability for personnel a very rapid and simple task to accomplish. |

Ideal for large venues including stadiums, campuses and malls, VirtualGuardian Visitor™ offers guests the ability to temporarily sign-up for the venue’s notification system. If an incident occurs at that site - whether a missing child or life threatening emergency - individuals will receive instant notification and safety instructions via their wireless phones. VirtualGuardian Visitor™ users needn't worry about the system keeping their information on file because it is deleted from the system once the user simply calls the system back to remove themselves from the system, or the system will remove them from the system after a predetermined about of time. No information is ever retained or sold. |
